Aberdare Town are delighted to announce the signing of Ashton Francis-Carrington. The experienced central defender, who is living locally to Aberaman Park, put pen to paper on a transfer from Ely Valley during the week and made an impressive debut today against Merthyr Saints. Having moved to the area in the last couple of years he has only played locally but previously had spells in England with Southend, Canvey Island and Grays Athletic. In other squad news we are delighted to welcome back Dylan Pearce after his time in Egypt throughout the summer and he made a return to action in last weeks game against Caerphilly Athletic. We have also said farewell to strikers Evan Olson and Harri Jones who have both moved onto Cwmbach Royal Stars and we thank both of them for their efforts at Aberdare and wish them well for the future.
