New boss Kevin Davies has been busy adding to his staffing team with several positions now filled. Following his appointment, and then bringing in Lee Jenkins as his assistant, he has moved to retain both Ashley Phillips-Green (Kit and Equipment) and James Rowlands (Coach). Both Ash and James have been involved with the Club prior to the new season and we are thrilled they agreed to remain in place. Two former Aber players are also making a welcome return as Dan Field returns to the Club after a short spell away and will be taking on the goalkeepers coach role while former striker Cory Thomas has stepped forward to take care of all the injuries and rehabilitation of our injured players as our new first aid/sports therapist. Also joining is UEFA B coach Gareth Pegg who joins us from Crickhowell FC. He has formerly been with Hereford United (women) and Brecon Northcote and brings plenty of experience to our new look team. All the new staff took their first training session this week with plenty of new faces on show already eager to impress as the buildup to teams actually being able to sign players draws near.
