A huge congratulations to our fantastic Under 16 squad who last weekend claimed the Cynon Rhondda Merthyr Junior Football League title. With Aber already ahead in the table with one game left to play they could only be caught by one other team and as they lost their penultimate game it meant that the title would be heading to ATFC! The whole club send their congratulations to Marc ‘Pubby’ Williams, his coaching staff and the entire squad - with several of the boys having been with the club since they were six. The squad are a credit to the Club with everybody proud of their achievements, which followed on from winning the league cup last season. This was their last year in junior football as they now prepare to step up to play in the youth league. The presentation of the league shield and the players medals will take place at half time of the seniors game at the Easy Panels Stadium on Saturday 18th April against Porth Harlequins.
