The Aberdare Valley Football League have announced the fixtures of the opening month of the season which begins on Saturday 8th August. Town will start at home against league newcomers Cwmdare FC with the game at the Easy Panels Stadium (ko 2.30pm). On Tuesday 11th we make the very short trip down the road to face FC Abercwmboi and then its back to the Easy Panels Stadium on Saturday 15th against AFC Penrhiwceiber Reserves. We were due to have another home fixture on Tuesday 18th August against Gadlys Rovers however they announced their resignation from the league on Friday leaving the league with only 14 sides. We will now play at home to Penrhiwceiber Social Club. We face FC Cwmaman on Saturday 22nd at the Canolfan Glanaman and then its Penywaun at home on Tuesday 25th. We finish a busy opening month of the campaign away to Carnetown on Saturday 29th. Updates to all fixtures are available on the Cymru app along with details on our fixtures page of the website.
